We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our features, or contact us:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and role (user/admin).
• Phone number: If you opt in to daily devotion SMS messages, we store the phone number you provide.
• Content you submit: Prayer requests (including your name, email, and mailing address if provided), songs, setlists, and devotion-related content you create.
• Engagement data: Devotions and songs you like, prayers you've participated in, and similar interactions.

• To send you daily devotional content via SMS if you have opted in.
• To display your prayer requests on the Prayer Wall and allow community members to pray for you.
• To send you administrative notifications (e.g., when a prayer request is approved).
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services and features.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.

If you provide your phone number in Settings, you will receive daily devotion text messages via our SMS provider (Twilio). Standard message rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by removing your phone number in Settings, or by contacting us at the email below.

Prayer requests you submit are reviewed by an administrator before being displayed publicly on the Prayer Wall. Once approved, the content you included (name, request, category, and any updates) will be visible to other app users. You may submit prayer requests anonymously. If you provide a mailing address, it is only used for sending encouragement cards and is never displayed publicly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as our SMS and email delivery providers) who help us operate the app, under contractual obligations to protect your information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Your data is stored securely on our platform's cloud infrastructure. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you choose to download songs for offline use, that data is stored locally in your device's browser storage. This data remains on your device and can be cleared at any time through the Settings > Offline Mode section.

You have the right to:

• Access and review the personal information we hold about you.
• Update or correct your account details and phone number in Settings.
• Opt out of SMS devotion messages at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this from Settings > Delete Account, and your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Our app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
